These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the passpass.co website (the "Service") operated by Bluejay Labs LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

passpass.co is a free password-sharing tool. It allows you to securely share a password by generating a unique link and PIN. Shared passwords are encrypted, stored temporarily, and automatically destroyed after being viewed by the recipient or within 24 hours of creation, whichever comes first.

2. No Account Required

The Service does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or submit any personally identifiable information. You may use the Service without registration.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Share, transmit, or store any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable;
  • Distribute malware, phishing links, or any malicious content;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, or any connected systems;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including through denial-of-service attacks, automated scraping, or excessive request volumes;
  • Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it;
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service or other users.

4. Content and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content you submit to the Service. Passwords shared through the Service are encrypted and not accessible to us in their original form. We do not monitor, review, or endorse any content shared through the Service.

We are not responsible for the content of any password or message shared using the Service. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk and that you are responsible for ensuring that any content you share complies with applicable laws.

5. Security and Encryption

We use commercially reasonable security measures, including AES encryption, HTTPS transmission, PIN-based access control, and automatic data destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for any unauthorized access to or disclosure of content shared through the Service.

You acknowledge that the security of a shared password also depends on how you transmit the link and PIN to your intended recipient. We recommend sharing the link and PIN through separate communication channels.

6. Data Retention and Destruction

Shared passwords are automatically and permanently destroyed after being viewed by the recipient or within 24 hours of creation, whichever comes first. Once destroyed, the content cannot be recovered by anyone, including us.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BLUEJAY LABS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service;
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your content;
  • Any content shared through the Service;
  • Any interruption or cessation of the Service;
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Service;
  • Any errors or omissions in any content.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bluejay Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content submitted by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Bluejay Labs LLC. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Bluejay Labs LLC.

11. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any such websites or services.

12. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "effective date" at the top. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the State of Florida, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bluejay Labs LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
